Waaij Stud is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Waaij Stud collects and processes the following categories of personal data: Contact details — name, address, telephone number, email address.
Business details — company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number.
Mare details — name, registration number and UELN number of the mare, breeding history.
Financial data — bank account number, payment details.
Website data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit (via cookies and similar technologies).
Communication data — correspondence by email, telephone or via contact forms.
Article 3 Purposes of processing
Waaij Stud processes personal data for the following purposes:
Performance of agreements — processing orders, delivery of semen, invoicing and administration of breeding agreements.
Communication — answering enquiries, providing information about stallions and services, and sending relevant updates.
Legal obligations — compliance with tax, administrative and other legal obligations. Website optimisation — analysing website usage to improve the user experience. Marketing — sending newsletters and promotional messages, only with your prior consent.
